WHEN SHOULD I USE THE BODY EXFOLIANT?
The skin should be exfoliated 2 to 4 times before applying a self-tanning product to remove dead skin cells from the body and ensure smooth skin. Exfoliation should be done 24 hours before applying a self-tanning product to make sure there are no residues left on the skin. The Body Exfoliant should also be used when any self-tan result starts to fade in order to remove old tan residues from the skin and proceed to a new application.

WHY IS IT ESSENTIAL TO USE THE BODY EXFOLIANT BEFORE APPLYING A SELF-TANNING PRODUCT?
The exfoliation is an essential part of a beautiful and even self-tan result. In order to avoid unwanted patchy and flaky results, it’s important to remove all dead skin cells and old tan residues from the skin.

HOW CAN I ENSURE AN OPTIMAL EXFOLIATION?
To ensure a perfect exfoliation, we recommend using the Body Exfoliant paired with the Exfoliating Mitt. The best way to exfoliate the skin is by soaking in a warm bath for 10–20 minutes and using the Exfoliating Mitt. As the skin softens, it will be easier to remove the dead skin cells and old tan residue. Complete your exfoliation by applying the Body Exfoliant in a circular motion, then rinse it off.
