How many treatments will I need?
While we recommend a series of 3 treatments every 4 weeks to target specific concerns and give the best possible results, a stand-alone treatment can be done to give your skin an added boost for an event or special occasion.
What do I need to do before my Champagne Facial?
There is not much prep work needed for the Champagne Facial. We ask patients to come in make-up free and make sure they avoid anything in their diet that could increase their risk of bruising. These things include alcohol, vitamin E, fish oils and green tea, aspirins, ibuprofen, and blood thinners.
What happens when I come in for treatment?
When you come in for treatment, one of our experienced nurses will get you set up in the treatment room comfortably. After answering any and all questions you may have, you will have a topical applied to the full treatment area to numb the skin and provide some comfort throughout. We then draw a small sample of your blood, spin it in our centrifuge, separate the liquid gold plasma, and mix it with our special cocktail of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. This recipe makes the Champagne facial syringe which will then be precisely injected into the dermis of your skin – the layer where all the collagen & elastin fibers live. This is food for your skin, and delivers instant results!
What will I feel during the treatment?
Many of our patients tolerate this treatment very well with the majority expressing no discomfort at all.
How long does the treatment take?
The treatment itself will take our nurses about 45-60 minutes to complete. Targeting a global treatment area and then fine-tuning and treating any specific concerns. A cooling sheet mask will be applied at the end to offer some comfort and minimize any redness from the topical cream. We then apply a special coating of our amazing growth factor product from the ZO Skin Health line to complete your treatment.
What do I need to do after my Champagne Facial?
Nothing is required post-treatment. Patients may have some small broken capillary-style bruises which can be covered easily with makeup or concealers. While any longer-lasting bruising will heal quicker by taking arnica tablets picked up at their local health food store. |
